Dispute Settlement Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is the possibility of out-of-court settlement upon request at the regional bar association (according to S. 73 (2) no. 3 in conjunction with S. 73 (5) BRAO) or at the conciliation board of the bar (S. 191 f.
