From science to start-up Workshop: Trademark Protection for Start-ups in the MAX!mize Program
The MAX!mize program, organized by Max Planck Innovation, supports researchers in transforming scientific findings into marketable business ideas. As part of our longstanding collaboration with the Max Planck Society, we are pleased to support scientists on their path to founding a business with our expertise in intellectual property law.
The workshop focused on how start-ups can protect their brands at an early stage properly and efficiently. A strong trademark creates recognition, strengthens a company’s competitive position, and can become a key corporate asset.
In addition to providing legal fundamentals, the workshop offered participants practical guidance and inspiration for developing and protecting their business ideas.
Following previous events featuring contributions from our partners Dr. Frank Feller and Dr. Christian Heubeck on patent strategies, we would like to thank Reynaldo Nina Garcia (Program Manager at MAX!mize) for once again inviting us to participate in the program.
