Tutorial: Protecting inventions, creating competitive advantages – patent strategies for start-ups

On 6 May 2026, WEICKMANN partner Frank Feller will give an online tutorial at BayStartUP on the topic of “Protecting inventions, creating competitive advantages”. In addition to an introduction to intellectual property law and practical examples from his work advising start-ups, he will focus on providing specific recommendations for building a company’s own patent portfolio and for dealing with competitors’ intellectual property rights.
